Form F11 gone missing on ROS

I had almost completed my F11 some weeks ago but when I logged on today edit it today, all I got was the original pre-populated form. All the data I had so meticulously entered had disappeared. Has anyone else had this problem and how was it resolved? Thanks in advance.

I am not suggesting that you did this.

But if you delete the partially completed form 11, it reverts back to its original pre populated state.

If you ammend a previously submitted form and then delete the form without resubmitting it, it reverts to the originally submitted data.


I never had this problem.

It would probably be a good idea to click the calculate page and then click print form and download a PDF. At least then it's fairly easy to re-enter the data from the PDF.

Thanks S class. Revenue inform that there is no option but to start from afresh. Thank goodness I have PDF so its just a bit of unwanted slogging!
