Form 12 or E11?

Good day all!
I have started renting out my second property in 2008 -last year an accountant friend of mine filled in FORM12 and submitted to revenue - in the meanwhile we received Form11E from the revenue but was never dealt with as our accountant had already sent Form 12!
I am now wondering which one should i be using this year... I am a full time employee.

If Revenue have sent you a Form 11, this is the form you must complete.
