Form 11 tax back

Filled out form 11 last year for rental income. I had no liability as I had a large bill for medical expenses which meant I was due a rebate. It is over six months and have not received any corespondence from revenue. Have I to fill in any additional form to get my rebate?

You should have received a notice of assessment when the return was processed.

Are you required to file a Form 11 every year? I imagine that it has been misplaced.

You could ring them and ask if they received your return or complete another one and send it in. Online returns are the way to go, it gets rid of these types of issues.
