I exercised some share options during 2009 and paid the relevant tax. Instead of 41%, I paid 45% on the profit as I knew there would be additional tax due because of the income levy.
When completing form 11 and entering the figures, it gives an error and says it cannot be more than 41%. How do I account for the additional tax I paid on the Form?
