Form 11 Extract from Accounts

When completing Form 11 through ROS some fields need to be completed before you can proceed whereas others don't, one of them being an Extract from Accounts.

My accountant or I have never completed this section in many years. Is it supposed to be compulsory?

If you open a trade under the self employed income section, then providing extracts from accounts is required, unless you have submitted full Financial Statements already.
