font size

hi

when i enter a web site address onto my home page and hit enter,it shows me many different options for my search,how is it that the font size on the headings is very big.when i right click on the mouse and go to encoding,i get a list of options.is it from here that i must select one of these options to make the writing smaller???

What browser?

Maybe the default text/font size settings have been changed and need to be reset?

Encoding has nothing to do with font size. If you are using Internet Explorer, go to View->Text Size and choose the appropriate option.

Do you have a scroll wheel mouse?

Hold down the Alt gr key and move the mouse wheel, this may help.

Ctrl and scrolling wheel works for me.

Encoding has nothing to do with font size. If you are using Internet Explorer, go to View->Text Size and choose the appropriate option.

Or Page -> Text Size if using the latest version, i.e. IE7.

Or you can use the keyboard:

• Ctrl - (Control plus Minus sign) makes the font size smaller
• Ctrl = or Ctrl + (Control plus Plus sign) makes the font size larger

Which works in Firefox as well.
