Hi All,
I'm installing a new wooden (Iroko) kitchen counter top and induction hob. I want to install the hob such that there is a flush surface i.e. route the hob profile into the counter and drop the hob into place preferably with a tolerance fit. I have a concern though about heat expansion of the glass and if it would crack with the tolerance fit? If I have to leave a gap, how much should I leave and is there any recommended filler to avoid the dirt trap?
Any workarounds or suggestions to make my girlfriends life easier when cleaning up my mess much appreciated?
