Flooring and Underfloor heating

Hi all,
Considering putting underfloor heating and semi solid wood flooring in old house. Interested in any comments regard the best underfloor heating system and where the best bargains are on wood flooring.

Oh and if that is not enough to task your brain wondering where one can check to get house automation system wherby you can control heating system remotely.
