I think I already know the answer is "no" but I thought I should ask anyway. I cleared a mortgage on a rental property in Dublin last year and AIB insisted on the deeds being collected in person or sent to an Irish solicitor. I don't have an Irish solicitor so it was cheaper to book a cheap Ryanair ticket and go home to collect and bring them back to germany where I live. Can these flights be included in my Form 11 anywhere? I'm thinking no as the journey has nothing directly to do with letting the property.
