If it was 1 April I would doubt it, but apparently in Dubai the fish are now being used as security. The tanks have been fitted with biometric software so when you look at them it automatically checks against your passport. Same software as the public services card here. My mother is off to Australia next month so this innovation allows her to avail of a very short transfer.
