First time renting out our property , take HAP?

Hi
I am looking for advice as this is the first time we are renting out our property. We got many people with HAP Scheme, Has anyone got any good or bad experience to share? Should we use property agent or renting it out ourselves since we move abroad? any other recommendations that would be great. Thx

Search and you'll find them.
The vast majority of landlords don't like hap.
 
There are so many tenants looking for so few tenants, there's no need to go down the HAP route.
 
I advertise on daft and myhome.ie and the majority of them (80%) are from HAP! is this the new way of Tenants?
