Fire is off centre in chimney breast looking to install new fire place

Hi

My parents are looking to put a new fire place in to there living room, but there is one problem, the fire is off centre in the chimney breast.

Does anyone know of a company that does fire places to suit this type of problem.

Any advise welcome

don't confuse the appearance of the fire breast with the actual line of the flue - not knowing what yours looks like, but it was popular at one time to have asymmetrical firebreast's ('70s)

What's the insurance thing about?

Haven't a clue what the insurance thing is about!!!

Bit more info, The house was built in the 80's, the fire is just left of the chimney breast, and its straight all the way up the chimney.

Their looking to put a more up to date fire place in, but dont want it to look off line,

What about studding out to try get this effect? Modern, clean lined and minimalist.
