Fingal Area - Ghost Estates ?

Hi Guys I was reading the papers last week and it mentioned that there were 18,000 units (houses & appartments) in Ghost Estates in Fingal that were semi completed or completed. I was wondering do people know where these ghost estates are in the Fingal area ?
Any reponses much appreciated.
