Re: My experiences of getting car finance
I entered a deal to have car finance for a 2003 car i was buying last year. After having the car for about 3 days it developed engine trouble and the car dealer took the car back to repair it. The dealer in the meantime arranged for a replacement car . While this was ok it was not ours and after two months of ringing and waiting for our own car to be returned we pulled out of out deal. The dealer was very unhelpful and still showed no sign of having the car ready. In the end I had paid one repayment as I thought on the finance deal .
For a finish I did not check my bank statements and on checking the now over a year later notice that 3 payments of roughly €500 each have been taken in all. I want to know if I can get this money back . Can someone please advise
