We have (after 7 months and 3 drop outs) managed to buy our new home. Unfortunatley it has happened somewhat quicker than expected. When selling our own house we gave ourselves as much time as possible before closing to give ourselves time to find somewhere new. The agent for the new house got a bit of a shock when she found how long we had and asked us to bring it forward to appease her client. Not a big deal really but our guy still hasn't signed his contracts and is a few days late in doing so. We're scared if we ask him to bring the date forward a few weeks he might panic and drop out (we've lost one already). Is there anyway to play this safe. If we can't bring the date forward we're worried our seller might drop us?
