Felt roof repair

I would be grateful if someone could recommend a tradesman to repair a felt roof on a single storey flat-roofed extension at the back of my house. It's leaking despite two roofers having worked on it in the past 2 years. Luckily I did not pay the second tradesman as it leaked while he was still doing some other work for me!
