Well I found the download of the house and here is my feedback.
- Ensuite is a lovely size, walk in shower, bright and airy, good shelf space, decent sink with mixer tap in a unit, heated towel rail
- Parents bedroom has double fully fitted wardrobes floor to ceiling, good supply of sockets either side or double bed, I assume a standard double will fit in, looking out on a nice green area and good distance away from other buildings, radiator on wall, bathroom side, means no furniture on that wall, would have been better under window (but depends on how furniture fits in)
- other double is a decent size, looking out on back garden, good sockets, will fit a double, again has decent floor to ceiling triple wardrobes,
- main bathroom, can just see the shower with door, and the bath is separate, don't think that room has a window, the shower is stupidly positioned at the bathroom door, they should have swopped the bath around maybe, but maybe there wasn't the space, nice neutral tiles to all bathrooms
- boiler room has space for linen
- single room has a double floor to ceiling wardrobe, will just fit a single but isn'nt too boxy I think, stupid to put the radiator on the wall instead of under the window as you lose the wall to put furniture
- nice bedroom doors, triple hinged,
- nice landing
- decent width to stairs, has a nice 'return' on it, which breaks it up, much easier to hoover too ! Much better than a straight run
- utility, space for washing machine and dryer, good space for storage and act as a broom cupboard too, in a great location, I cannot stand washing machines in kitchens !
- nice bright airy kitchen, don't like the gold to the handles, but it's not too gaudy so that's ok and they work well with the kitchen units and granite counter top is a big plus, it's also stupid to put in gold handles, gold sockets and then put in a stainless steel sink and silver mixer tap (but I'm being pedantic !) They should have put in a double sink ! Nice space to work in, bonus is the oven is up and the microwave slot doesn't look too high. Space on side of oven to put down heated trays so that's good (another bugbear of mine) . Built in tall cupboard for fridge I assume and maybe another storage cupboard beside it, decent family kitchen, plus space for 3 high stools
- dining/family sitting, size looks ok, lovely facing onto garden and side patio door is good, not sure if sitting should be at patio, have to think about the thru way from kitchen door to patio door, something to play around with, L shape means someone can be private in the kitchen and someone else in the other part of the L without bothering one another
- given the orientation and the fact the video was taken on a sunny day it's difficult to figure out if that kitchen/dining is dark
- really nice feature of the house is that there is another 4 steps down to the front door and this area has an impressive toilet/sink nicely finished, love that there is a proper living room here as well with a different orientation, the house is divided well for family living purposes because you of the house divisions
