Family renewal with cardiac care?

Looking for recommendations for a family of 5, currently on Laya Flex 500 Explore.
2 adults, 3 children (ages 12, 7 and 2). Particular interest in policies with v.good cardiac care provisions and I'd appreciate any recommendations please.

Adults Options;
The following plan is worth considering as an alternative, if the list of private hospitals suits your location.
Details as follows;

Laya Precision 450 Connect; price 728pa; all public, selected private hospitals, cardiac and orthopaedic covered in Blackrock Clinic and
Mater Private. Excess 450 per private admission and 150 per private day case procedure. There is no excess to pay in any public hospital.
There is good cardiac cover on this plan in the 2 hi-tech hospitals Blackrock Clinic and Mater Private, as well as the public and private hospitals
covered on this plan.
Note; If the list of private hospitals included on this plan does NOT suit where you live, the Flex 500 Explore is the next best option.

Childrens Options; Offer where you pay for the 1st child and the rest are free.

Essential Connect Health; price 396pa; all public and private hospitals covered, private excess 150 per admission and day case procedure.
No excess to pay in any public hospital.

Adult Option;
1. One Plan 500; price 715 per adult; all public and private hospitals covered, cardiac and some special procedures covered in the Beacon hospital,
private hospital excess 500 x 2 max per year for all admissions, private excess 150 per day case procedure. No excess to pay in any public hospital.

1. One Plan 250; price 151 per child(from 1st Oct) all public and private hospitals covered, private hospital excess 250 x 2 max per year for
all private admissions, 150 excess per private day case procedure. No excess applies in any public hospital.

Also, October 1st 2018 is the last day to claim 150 euro refund in your case, if you both sign up to 'My VHI' and tick the box to receive all documents by email/online, and also agree to pay by salary or direct debit. They require your IBAN code to refund the cash into your bank
