I have a question related to tenancy in a home. Let us say that a family home (as was done many years ago) was left to the eldest son. Two brothers continued to live in the home, including the eldest, both being batchelors.
When the eldest died, instead of leaving the home to the other brother he left it to a nephew with the stipulation that the other brother be allowed remain until his death.
Sometime after another nephew back from abroad moved into the house and has remained there for many years.
When the remaining brother passes on, will the person living in the home have any claim?
