I've a Ltd co but am essentially a one man band so the sole employee. My wife recently changed jobs and whereas her old job paid for Private Medical Insurance for her, me and our two children her new role doesn't so I'm tasked with sourcing equivalent cover which currently is Irish Life Be Fit 2 - https://www.irishlifehealth.ie/health-insurance-plans/be-fit-2
Before I check the market using the HIA product comparison tool (https://www.hia.ie/comparison-tool/#/) I wonder if anyone here can tell me whether I'm better off getting my company to take out a policy which then becomes a BIK cost to me or whether I'm just better off paying for the cover personally?
