Building an extension out the back garden from existing Dining room,14x9 ft,Would it be worth it to get Block layer,roofer,plumber,sparks, builder, seperate myself to do job, my friend got the same job done what I want to do cost 25000Euro, What do you think

It would be a lot cheaper to do it yourself if you know the right people you can do it for half that price only thing is you have to organise everything yourself and if you don't know the right people then this can be a real pain and lead to some serious delays if you are confident you can carry it out then by all means give it a go I'm doing the same myself but luckily Dads a builder and I have gained a lot of my expierance from him, but if you feel you may be in over your head then look at taking on a good contractor to carry the project through to completion. Also if your going to hire tradesmen then get the ones that come highly praised by family and friends.
