just at the start of a new extension roof on and windows and doors in. So its weathered. What is the next stage the plumber has said that it should go as follows 1) all electric sockets installed 2) slab all walls & ceilings 3)skim and plaster all rooms 4) plumber will then install all rad pipes on the sub floors to each room 5) screed floor to all rooms.
Is this correct as this is a self build should it not be all electrics and plumbing first then floors screeded and finally slab abd skim walls and ceilings etc.
Any feedback welcome maybe i wrong on this!!
