We are building a house at the mo, and have added a sunroom to the back which is an exempt development. I am going to meet the builder this afternoon and am toying with the idea of putting in some velux in the sunroom - obviously the velux will be at the side of the sunroom which will "look" onto the neighbours at each side at the sunroom jutts out the back of the house. Do I need to go back to my architect about planning, or would it be a case that as the room is exempt and is at the back of my property I am ok to go ahead.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
