hi there,
Can anybody help me on this issue. We have a BT fixed line connection. we get the bill every two months, but we are charged for three months rental charges since july 07. We called customer service and they said that they will deduct in the next bill, instead they are charging more. this the fourth time we have this problem. can anyone please let me know how to approach and quick way to get our money back.
