Excel spreadsheet for share analysis

Can anyone recommend a free spreadsheet that's available online for basic analysis of share prices and company valuations. For example, something that will calculate the valuation ratios (P/E, PEG, etc.) and other basic information with the necessary inputs?

Thanks for the responses so far, but none quite hits the nail on the head. I'm thinking more of extracting the relevant figures from the annual reports for the last 5 years, plugging them into a spreadsheet, calculating various valuation ratios and, thereby, getting a better grasp of the company and its performance/potential.

Suggestions of suitable spreadsheets to do this would be welcome.
