Just wondering after long battle bank have agreed to take ex partners name off mortgage, will I be classed as second time buyer? Bought house in 2005 jointly and name removed January 2012 will I benefit to changes in TRS?
Just wondering how you went about doing this HIDI and with which bank? Am in a similar situation myself and very stressed about the whole matter - seems to be going nowhere at the minute.
