Apologies if this has been discussed already, searched through some threads but could not find a concrete answer;
"I cannot buy etf's through Rabo Direct, I need to go to the likes of keytrade/IB", am I right in saying this ?

Cheers.

Yes, you are correct. Rabo sell funds, some of which may track an index, and so be similar to certain ETFs in that they have invested in the same assets.

ETFs are funds listed on an exchange and you must go through a broker to buy them.

Rabo are not brokers.

RaboDirect does not currently offer ETF's. For a full list of funds please see [broken link removed]

All of the funds are actively (as opposed to passively) managed by their fund managers. Most of the funds are independently rated by Standard & Poor's and/or Morningstar.

Two more funds will launched next week bringing the total to 25 funds.

Regards,
RaboDirect
