Estate Agent untruths

I note in an estate Southside which had Receivers brought in, and a launch by them with EAs early June - that despite the EA's ads stating 47 were shifted on the launch day that 4-months later that not one has appeared on www.propertypriceregister.ie

Other than untruths, can it be that all 47 haven't closed in 4-months ?

The database is *NOT* up to date. Not saying the EA is right but I've noticed properties coming in in the updates from months ago.

Is the database being continiously updated or is it a monthly thing, does anyone know?

Not sure how often but 400+ records went in on either Monday or Tuesday.

The source of the data is stamp duty payments to Revenue, so it depends when the conveyancing solicitor gets round to paying the stamp duty.
