Hi Folks,
I've rang around and the best deal I've been offered so far is 1.5% Net of VAT, but this includes an Ad in Daft and one add in the Irish Examiner, which she said would cost her approx €300.
I'd guess the property would be valued at from €160k to €200k, so net cost (assuming sale at €180k) after VAT - €3,267.
I'm not from the area, so not going through an estate agent would be more difficult.
Anyone know of better deals?
