Establishing COMI

A person has been adjudged bankrupt in the UK and by extension his COMI has been deemed to be in the UK. He has not yet been discahrged from bankruptcy. Let's say some information has come to light which casts doubt on the legitimacy of the UK COMI and that the COMI should really be deemed to be in Ireland. Can the Irish High Court rule that the UK COMI was wrong and so undermine the UK bankruptcy or does such an order on incorrect have to come from a UK court??

A creditor would have to make an application to the UK Courts to set aside the adjudication.
