esp easy suface primer

so is it true you do not have to sand if you use this?
we want to pain our varnised wood pine white, and our laminated/mdf maple kitchen white
would we just piant this on and then the paint directly after it dries?

if its real solid varnished wood i would always suggest sanding as this gives the proper end result, then undercoat and paint. the laminate just use the esp or dulux super grip primer i have used this just paint direct onto any unpaintable surface eg, laminate/tiles/glass. then finish in desired colour/finish
