Quick question hope this is in the rigt forum. we had tennants who have receantly moved out thank god, but the esb is in their name and a bill arrieved yesterday for them i have no forwarding address for them what do i do. obviously i as the landlord dont want to get caught to pay this bill as they have cost me enough!!!! thanks for any advise you may have!!
