Maybe their maintenance arrangements should make allowances for such payments?

Have you ever tried negotiating with a terrorist lol?
It was an agreement made before tablets were even thought of, to avoid rocking the boat and an easy life and to manage Dad guilt easier to take out a loan and get on with it.
