Equity release with Seniors Money

I am in the process of raising finance with an equity release on my home. I am using Seniors Money and i will obtain legal advice before i finally sign off on this.

Has anyone used this product and can offer any advice. It appears to be superior to the other equity release products on the Irish market. Thanks

If you are on a state pension (non contributary) any money received from the equity release will be taken into account as means and your pension may be reduced as a result.

Thanks for the note. I am still working and I will be on the contributory pension at retirement.
