just looking for some advice - considering a small extension to the house in 2010 and wondering if anybody has gone down the route of releasing equity from their mortgage for this - our mortgage is through P/TSB - and I see they have a product called "One Plan" - has anybody used this and if so what are the pro's and con's - would be looking for 30K max......
