Entry and Exit Fees -- Rabodirect

Hello,

"At RaboDirect you will only pay a 0.75% entry fee and 0.75% exit fee for this fund."

I read this on rabodirect today while researching an investment fund, I always seem to get confused with costs of these type of funds as it never seems simply.

Does above simply mean:
On Entry -- If I invest 20K .75% is charged i.e. €150 ?
On Exit -- if the fund grows to 25K am I charged on 25K or 5K ?
On Exit -- if the fund drops to 18K am I charged .75% on 18K ?
Additionally is there CGT due on the profit made ?

I know these are simply questions, hopefully I will get some easy to understand answers

You are also charged an annual management fee on the gross value of the fund.

Update: OK - maybe I was wrong but I thought that Rabo's investments were not taxed within the fund so were liable for CGT. See [broken link removed] for more accurate info.
