My partner is ill and we are wondering is he entitled to illness benefit.
his details are as follows:
2007: jan - june: at college on BTEA, June - Dec: unemployed on JSA
2008: jan - mar: unemployed on JSA, mar - oct: FÁS course, Oct 2008 - present: employed
he does have 39 prsi contributions for 2008 but not 13 paid
will they take into account 2009 for some of the paid contributions?
