Hi there
I'm looking for a enginner to make an outline planning application for me. The site is in the west cork region, any recommendations??
One guy told me that for an outline application he would normally do the site layout and percolation tests. I was under the impression that these werent required for an outline application? He said the more info you give the better the chances. Thing is the planning is touch and go and I dont want to spend a huge amount until I am making a full app, if it gets that far
