Hello,
There is some talk where I work that management will be withdrawing BIK from some of the staff and replacing the staff cars with Pool cars. It will mean you will have to make your own way to the office, then when required you can use a pool car if available. All pool cars must be parked overnight on the company grounds. While I can understand in the current climate this action been taken I am wondering are you entitled to compensation. Obviously you would have to buy a car as in my case there is No public transport available from where I live! Am I entitled to any sort of compensation or is it just tuff luck? I would have been paying BIK for nearly 3 years.
