Employer not paid my contributions and Avc's into my fund

Hi,
Is there anyone on this forum to can give me some advice on the above topic. This occured over a period of 2012-2014. I foolishly let myself believe the various excuses i was givin (waiting on documents ect) Now that the business is struggling I fear I may be at a loss unless I act.
 
You should report the issue to the Pensions Authority (formerly the Pensions Board).
 
As Conan said, report them to the Pensions Authority immediately.

If your payslip shows the deductions and they have not been paid over to your AVC provider, then it's theft. Contact the Pensions Authority tomorrow.
 
It might be worth checking your PRSI deductions have also been paid over correctly
