Now you've put in another important fact. if there is already a case in train with a date, there's little you can do to get an emergency hearing. Emergency hearings are just that, there must be some emergency. The applicant makes a case to the High Court judge and if he agrees, then an ex parte ruling is made. The other side must then be advised and given time to respond. The case then takes its place in the list.
