Had issues with hotel overcharging (some other rooms food/accommodation went on to my credit card) at weekend and wanted to check my online balance this morning, anyways denied access as seems my card was reported stolen/lost etc??????

Anyway rang twice this morning to gain access to my account and both times told it would be working as normal. NOT. Total €8.75 for calls as low call number.

Has anyone email address for them as I can't find one anywhere. thanks.

You can log a ticket on the website.

Always had a fast response from it myself.

Login as normal.

Click on Messages at the top of screen. Then Compose Message.

hmm, my problem is I cant log in as says "access denied, I need to ring..... which Iv done twice, think ill put pen to paper as Iv done twice reminding MBNA to alert Pigsback of my piggypoints, need to remind them again....
