Email address for Certus (ex-Halifax)

Hey folks, anyone happen to have an email address (customer service or like) for Certus? Need to get in touch with them in relation to some Halifax business and would prefer doing so electronically as currently overseas. Their web site doesn't offer much help.

My husband tried to ring them a few weeks ago & gave up after being on hold for 20 mins! So I'd be very interested too.

We have dealings with them and the structure of their email is:
firstname.lastname@certus.ie and I would presume that they have an info@certus.ie as well.
