Seems reasonable. her 5 main increases include health insurance which is very different here. (the others would all be applicable). It would be interesting to see how health insurance costs have changed here (inflation adjusted and as a percentage of income)

I liked her comment about parents prefering to live near a toxic dump than near underperforming schools.
