I am hoping to start a fas course soon as part of my ce scheme my sis also wants to do the course but the problem is she is not receiving a welfare payment in her own name her husband claims for her as an adult dependant.
My question is can she do a fas course free or can only her husband??
the course is an evening course and says some welfare recepients may attend free of charge???
