My neighbour (2 doors away in a terrace) has had Eircom broadband for a fews years now but anytime I ring to enquire they tell me my line isn't good enough.
I was talking to a techie freind about my superbad dial up connection and he said it sounds like Eircom have split my line.
If the reason my line is too bad for broadband is because they have split it, is there obligation on them to improve the service?
