Looking for info @peewee. Mortgage taken out in 2007 €420k went fixed in 2007 for 3/5 years for letter to say we are effected and mortgage has dropped 470€ a month. Now on a tracker rate of 1.10%. Our rates over the years ranged from 4.9% to 3.9%. Any idea as to how much we will get back?

Waiting to hear too , it will be done via amortization tables , if you want to look at that , but if anyone has an example for per 100,000 euro , who are already redressed that would be great ?

You could get an approximate value if you knew what standard variable rate you were on during the years after you came off the fixed.
