Hi, just looking for some advice.we had a tracker mortgage with ebs, fixed in 2007 for 5 years and were then put back on variable rate. Appealed to FSO but they sided with the bank. Have contacted EBS helpline and they said all loans were being reviewed, said there was nothing on the system regarding our loan but that the review process is continuing and to phone back in December as review will be completed by then. Is there anything else I should be doing ? Feel like we are in limbo as can't look at switching till r/w is completed.
