Ebs buy to let loans

I took out a Commercial Buy To Let loan with Ebs with a discount of 0.20% below the commercial base rate which was 5.68% interest only for 12 months
After the 12 months I had to pay the interest and loan but I did not continue to receive the discount of .20% below the commercial base rate my loan repayments have been very high has anyone else had a similar experience from Ebs?
 
Am hearing EBS are contacting customers over (errors) on rates charged and saying they are looking into cases.
Seems to be under the radar for now .
Suggest write and ask them , have they applied the correct rate.
Then check it out against your contract/records,
