Hi Folks,
I was wondering if anybody has been successful for redress with the above loan type. I bought an investment property which I received redress for but the loan which was charged to our house for the balance of the purchase (EBS buy to let balance loan) has been deemed by EBS not to be part of the review process. Anyone aware if this was or has since also become part of the process as the name might suggest or perhaps it is one of the loans which had a price promise of no more than 1.5% above ECB. Thank you
